Description
The projects contained in the main HeuristicLab solution file should be structured using solution folders in order to obtain a better overview.

As projects in solution folders are sometimes not correctly sorted by name in VS, it was decided not to add solution folders. Furthermore, as a specific solution file is created for each HeuristicLab version, this issue is not really relevant anymore.
