Restructure directory layout of trunk

Description
The directory layout of the trunk should be changed in such a way that each plugin folder contains a folder for each version of the plugin. For example:
- trunk
- sources
- HeuristicLab.BitVector
- 3.2
- project and sources files, etc.
- 3.2
- HeuristicLab.BitVector
- sources
