Hitting Reset doesn't update the scope view

Description
When the global scope is expanded in the SGA interface, and subscopes are attached, hitting reset doesn't update the view. The Subscopes are still visible and can be opened. Most probably that other interfaces (ES, SA) are affected as well

This issue has been resolved in HeuristicLab 3.3 and will not be fixed in HeuristicLab 3.2.
