Move shortcut for Save all to Save as

Description
The shortcut for "Save all" currently is ctrl+shift+s. This is consistent with Visual Studio's shortcut, however I find "Save all" to be of little use in HeuristicLab. On the other hand I use "Save as" more or less constantly. It would be nice to have ctrl+shift+s as shortcut for "Save as" (such as also in many Adobe applications Photoshop, Acrobat, ...) and leave "Save all" without shortcut, as there is also a dedicated "Save all" button in the toolbar below the menu.
