UI feedback when starting plugin-manager

Description
When opening the plugin-manager no visual feedback is given when starting the plugin-manager. It would be possible to change the mouse cursor or show the dreaded banner.

Fixed with r1394. Mouse cursor is changed before loading the plugin manager form and set back to normal once all plugins are loaded.
