Description
The change to the model of crossover operators can be incorporated into the SGA structure defined in the SGA plugin. This allows the plugin of very simple operators again for doing the actual crossover work.

Had to add a new dependency to HeuristicLab.Evolutionary since the ChildrenInitializer is now incorporated into the SGA structure.
