Description
The scope tree view is much too wide compared to the view of the operator graph.

In r774 a resource file has been added for SequentialEngineEditor (SequentialEngineEditor.resx). However, as far as I can see, I think this file is not really needed. What is its purpose? Can we remove it again?

Yes, using the settings framework would be a good idea to save plugin specific settings. I'm still experimenting with the .NET application settings framework in order to check, if it can be used for these purposes easily. Please have a look at ticket #7 for more details.
