Context menu for nodes triggers remove action immediately in view for simplification of symbolic regression models

Description
In the view for simplification of symbolic regression models there are several options to modify the tree via a context menu.
In this menu the 'Remove'-item has two sub-items (node, subtree). However, when one clicks on the 'Remove'-item to expand the submenu an action is immediately triggered.
