Hive user creation sometimes fails due to unmet password requirements

Description
Since we apparently set a new user's password be equal to the username, creation can fail because the username might be shorter than the required password length. That being said, I suggest to NOT set the username as password, but instead use a password generated via Membership.GeneratePassword(Int32, Int32).
