Parameters of SymbolicExpressionTreeEncoding are not prefixed with the encoding name which causes problems when used in MultiEncoding

Description
E.g. it is not possible to add two SymbolicExpressionTreeEncoding objects to a multi encoding because of parameter name collision.
In other encoding implementations this is solved by prefixing the parameter names with the encoding name.
