Views which are not visible should not be updated

Description

It is well known that algorithms in HeuristicLab run slower when complex views are updated regularly (especially the quality line chart). What is less apparent (at least for non-expert users) is that this is also true even if the selected view is not visible. For instance if the quality line chart is selected and then the user switches to another tab so that the quality line chart is not visible the algorithm is still slowed down. A simple work-around is to select a different content object with simple view which can be updated easily. Nevertheless, there is still an effect on the run-time.

Another example is the results list of algorithms for which the update cannot be prevented.
