Cleanup trunk documentation folder

There seems to be some stuff that is not up to date and should be removed or updated as it is otherwise misleading:

• Delete API Documentation folder. There is only a SQLite docu included which we don't even use.
• Update Hive\Update README_HiveSlave_Install.txt: The way the installers are generated has changed.
• Delete Operators folder: One Powerpoint file with one slide and no explanation.
• HeuristicLab 3.0 - Modeling EAs/HeuristicLab 3.0 - Overview: Either
  • Update
  • Is already included in HL paper, delete
  • Incorporate into the HL Programming slides
• Delete all *.ppt files, there is no problem anymore with pptx files
• Update Architecture slides
