Description
Artificial permutation instances are landscapes in the space of permutations that are defined by certain local/global optima and a certain spread denoting the size of the barrier of attraction. They are described in Hernando et al. 2013. Generating Customized Landscapes in Permutation-based Combinatorial Optimization Problems.
