Add some kind of shortcut for installing plugin in the Pluginmanager Console

Description
Especially after installation many plugins have to be installed from the web using the Pluginmanager Console. It would be very helpful to have some kind of shortcut for marking a plugin for installation. For example, multi-selection or a keyboard shortcut would help a lot.
