Hidden events are not forwarded to nested Views

Description
Currently, only the top most view receives the Hidden event (the hidden event is for example raised by selecting another item in a list view) and the event is not forwarded to possibly nested views. Therefore, nested views cannot reliably listen and react on the hidden event.
