The classification threshold view should display for which class the threshold applies

Description
Currently the thresholds are only displayed as red lines and its one must guess which classes are separated by the threshold. This behavior should be improved by displaying the class names below and above the threshold line.

The axis do not appear to be scaled when the values are in the negative range

- TextAnnotations are now placed in an easier way
- Y axis doesn't start at zero any more
The axis should now scale correctly
