The Hive Job Manager sometimes shows parent tasks as finished even though the childs are still waiting

- Status changed from new to closed
There have been so many improvements to both, the Hive server and the Hive job manager, that I don't think this ticket is valid anymore. Also the described problems don't occur anymore.
