Coloring of the BubbleChart should exclude filtered runs

Description
The automatic coloring of the RunCollectionBubbleChart takes filtered runs into account. The behavior should be changed so that filtered runs are not include in the coloring process.

Ok, the extra where condition is sufficient for this task.
It would have been better to do the reorganization in a different revision and book it to code maintenance instead of including it in this changeset.
