Show state in the icon of a HiveJob

Description
Currently in JobManager all jobs show the yellow database icon. I would like to have a possibility to easily visualize the current job state, maybe by using icons with overlays. A quick suggestion:
- Uploading (blue up arrow icon)
- Paused (paused icon)
- Running (play icon)
- Finished (stopped icon)
- Downloading (blue down arrow icon)
- Downloaded and finished (a green check mark resp. red check mark if there were errors)
- Downloaded and refreshing (refresh icon)
