Experiment runs batches again after adding more optimizers

Description
When I take an experiment that already finished, with say batch runs of 5 repetitions, add another batch run of 5 repetitions and run that batch run, the experiment will continue to run all other batch runs again for 5 times. So instead of having 5 runs of each batch runs, I have 10 of some and 5 of others.

This behavior cannot be reproduced anymore in 3.3.8
