The problem is that the analyzers creates rows for unused variables and not the display of the values in the chart => changed component.

Changed VariableFrequencyAnalyzers to trace only used variables with r4945.

comment by swinkler: Of course, the frequencies of the not considered variables is 0. Still, I would suggest no to show these variables at all.
