Change the click behaviour of the ViewHost icon

Currently the ViewHost icon is a label that can be right- and double-clicked. On the other hand it appears to work more like a menu, but a menu doesn't have double-click behavior. So it's kind of hard to decide what it should be like. In any case it would probably be nicer if the label has some kind of hovering style so that it becomes apparent that there is (in many ways pretty significant) functionality there.

After a short, but fruitless, discussion it was decided to defer the issue to a ticket.
