Description
Some plugins need additional code to be executed before they and their dlls work correctly (e.g. HeuristicLab.DataImporter.DbExplorer.Oracle needs the HL-plugin directory in the path enviromentvariable). Hence it should be possible to execute code in an OnLoad method of the plugin.
