initial v1 1 TimeSpan.FromTicks() doesn't use the same 'tick-length' as StopWatch.Elapsed.1 {{{TimeSpan.FromTicks()}}} doesn't use the same 'tick-length' as {{{StopWatch.Elapsed}}}.
