Move outdated plugins to extra solution

Description
Create a solution for outdated plugins because they aren't needed anymore and won't be shipped with 3.3.6. This is also necessary because of ticket #1705.

Currently the outdated plugins solution does not compile, because of the changes in the IAnalyzer interface. That will be a problem in the future and I would recommend that we move the outdated plugins away from the trunk. Maybe a tag is appropriate for plugins, that are not supported in the future.
