Move `NamedItem` description from textbox to icon — at Initial Version

Description
Instead of the textbox which takes up a whole line, put a icon right next to the name-textbox. The tooltip of the icon should reveal the description and additionally a doubleclick opens a multiline textbox.
This will save some screen real estate.
