  • added new Converters:
    • CheckedItemListConverter
    • ItemCollectionConverter
    • PrimitiveConverter: not implemented yet
    • ConfigurableConverter: maybe this converter can replace all others
  • added program for testing -> HeuristicLab.ConfigStarter
  • added the option to register converter with an attic guid
