#1980:

  • deleted not needed interface IMatching
  • finished VariableVector encoding
  • the algorithm LearningClassifierSystem is now independent of a specific encoding. It still needs the ConditionActionEncoding.
  • merged r9191:9203 HeuristicLab.Core from trunk to branch
