Description
Erik has programmed a scatter plot in his FLA branch. We should integrate it into HeuristicLab.Analysis.

I have not tested the functionality, because I didn't know how to create a scatter plot in HeuristicLab.

Yes I thought about making a scatter plot view for (dis)similarity matrices, but didn't continue this idea for this release. You know we've got the heatmap for population diversity. You could also use e.g. MDS and view this on a grid. I also wanted to display some data as a scatter plot from a programmable operator. So I thought it's good to have at least the option to create a ScatterPlot and since Erik has already developed one...
It would also be nice to view clustering/classification data on a scatter plot if one can apply MDS somehow. I think there's another ticket floating around somewhere.
