Additional improvements to PSO (#852)

  • simplify and clean up RealVectorSwarmUpdater
  • make the RealVectorParticleCreator an AlgorithmOperator
  • standardize naming of local variables in ParticleUpdaters
  • remove default parameter values from main loop
  • new implementation of MultiPSOTopologyUpdater (using shuffling)
