ValueAnalyzer cannot be used to analyze values inside global scope

Description
The ValueAnalyzer assumes the analysis of several values in different subscopes using a ScopeTreeLookupParameter and can, hence, not be used to track development of variables in the global scope.
As a side note: While the resulting values (Values and Results) are shown the configurable Value is initially hidden in the parameter collection.
